EADS North America Defense Test & Services takes pride in our long-term corporate commitment to Product Support. The basic support contract includes System Software, Hot Line Access, Service Bulletin Information, Spares and Extension at preferential (transfer) pricing, Training on Demand, and a Full Installation Maintenance Service.

We can provide On-Line Support, Test Control Computer Maintenance, Technical Assistance on Request, Documentation and Hardware Repair and Calibration for vendor modules and custom boards we have supplied. Customer Support is a top priority; we can provide you with Training Catalogs, Training Schedules, Shipping, Repair, Spare Parts, Email Alerts, Service Bulletins, TPS, Documents and User Groups.
