Military Applications - Weapons Testing This ATE was designed to interface to the electronics systems of a torpedo. The ATE was responsible for providing signals and measurement equipment to verify the target homing electronics, the guidance electronics, the steering control subsystem and computer function. ATE development involved not only the ATE electronics but extensive interface fabrication to test multiple different subsystems and circuits.
