Contract Vehicles

The following Contract Vehicles with pre-established rates and terms are available to facilitate the contract process:

• GSA (US Government Service Administration)
  The GSA schedule provides for rates for hardware and software products and engineering services. GSA pricing tables can be provided upon request.
  
  
• FAST (Flexible Acquisition and Sustainment Tool)
  FAST vehicles are available for very short term acquisition cycles when customers require a quick turnaround on proposal pricing and contract awards. We are on multiple FAST teams.
  
  
• CR2 (CECOM Rapid Response)
  US Army CECOM has established a multi-service vehicle that provides the following:
  - 19 Calendar Day Competitive Award Process
  - Low Administrative Support Cost
  - Real Time Access to Web-Enabled Database for Monitoring Task Order Status
  - Eight Year Period of Performance (2 year base with three 2 year options)
  - Firm Fixed Price and Time & Materials Task Orders
  
  
• DESP II (Design Engineering Support Program)
  DESP II is a US Air Force contract vehicle for pre-existing onsite and offsite rates for multiple engineering capabilities. The vehicle provides for T&M, Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed price contracts.
  
  
• NAWCAD BPA (Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division)
  NAVAIR and NAWCAD have established a Blanket Purchase Order Agreement with pre-existing rates to perform sustaining and developing engineering for support equipment with the US Navy.
