Real-Time Simulation

newWave includes a special set of Streaming Filters, utilising DirectX® technology, designed to emulate each of the Basic Signal Components of the Signal & Test Definition standard. An oscilloscope style control in newWave uses these Filters to simulate signal definitions instantaneously and in real-time.

newWave's signal simulator control is built on ActiveX® technology, so can alternatively be embedded into your own application, interpreting STD signal definitions provided in  XML.
