EADS North America Defense Test & Services (formerly Racal Instruments) has designed, developed, integrated, tested & qualified Test Program Sets (TPS) for the UK Army's Starstreak Hyper Velocity Missile.

Racal developed the TPSs, which are used both in the field and base workshops for test and repair of the Starstreak electronics units down to component replacement level. These TPSs are designed to work with the British Army's General Purpose Digital Analog mobile and base workshops DIANA supplied and supported by Racal Instruments.
