indicating all the inputs to the routine and all the outputs from the routine.
Bugs:

and the log file (if available, e.g. traceX.log) showing the bug. If possible include the complete log file, or if necessary cut and paste the log file section of interest.

1.Emergency - item presents a safety hazard to personnel, is damaging system hardware, or a major operational feature is non-functional (like inability to start program or initialize the Unit Under Test).
2.Critical - key code feature is not functioning, no work-around possible.
3.Must have - key code feature functioning incorrectly, although work-around is possible. Addition of new feature deemed key to program development or execution need.
4.Desired - minor feature addition or alteration of feature to simplify use.
